Ceramic Christmas Tree Workshop - Saturday, December 13

Join me for a festive and creative afternoon of clay play as you hand build your very own whimsical ceramic Christmas tree! In this guided workshop, you’ll learn simple hand-building techniques to shape and personalize your tree — add whimsical shapes, carved textures, or decorate with small ornaments for a truly one-of-a-kind holiday keepsake.

No pottery experience needed — just bring your holiday spirit and a sense of fun! All materials, tools, glazes and firings are included. Trees will be glazed and ready for pickup in time to brighten your home (or someone else’s) for the holidays.

Perfect for a festive afternoon out with friends or as a creative holiday gift experience!

This workshop involves the use of sharp clay tools and heat gun as needed. While every precaution is taken to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, participants should be comfortable handling basic tools.

We’ll be working with wet clay, so there will be minimal airborne clay dust exposure, however it’s worth cautioning that breathing in dry clay dust over time can irritate your lungs and cause health issues. Safe handling and cleanup practices will be taught during the workshop.

Aprons or clothes that can get messy are recommended.

Our studio space is located upstairs and requires the ability to climb stairs. If accessibility is a concern, please reach out before registering — I’m happy to discuss options or future classes in an accessible space.
